Black pepper was not distributedat retail level and was shipped to FL, IA, IL, IN, MA, OK, NJ, NY, PA, RI,TX and WI. Public Health Agencies Provide Community Groups Tools to Fight Alarming STD Rates The St. Clair County Health Department, East Side Health District and the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health (ICAH) held a regional workshop on Adolescent Sexual Health on April 1, 2009 at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows with nearly 100 participants from area churches, schools, community organizations, and health professionals that provide services to teens attending.
