Program or Service Description:
The Ryan White HIV Care St. Clair Region mission is to provide a seamless network of comprehensive healthcare, prevention and support services for those individuals diagnosed as HIV-positive.

What are the goals of the program?
Objectives: To enable people to manage their disease. To improve the quality of life for those who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.

Who is this program/service for?
Individuals within the consortium service area diagnosed as HIV+.

Who is eligible for this program/service?
Anyone who is a resident of the eligible counties of Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, St. Clair, Marion, Randolph, Fayette, and Washington; who have documented proof of their HIV status; and who are enrolled in Case Management at one of our four Case Management sites.
