What are the goals of the program?
Monitor solid waste management facilities. Address resident complaints regarding improper waste-management practices such as open dumping and burning.

This program is to protect the natural resources, assure the health of the residents of St. Clair County and provide environmentally safe solid waste disposal. The St. Clair County Health Department has served as a delegate agency for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) since 1987.

Businessess, Organizations, and Citizens of St. Clair County.

Who is eligible for this program/service?
St. Clair County residents may call and submit a complaint or concern regarding any waste disposal issue.
